If you have been ill for more than 7 days you will need a doctor’s certificate.
These certificates are called ‘Fitness To Work’ Certificates.

We will let you know if you need to arrange for an appointment with a Doctor.

If you have already been seen by your Doctor about this illness, we will contact you to let you know when you can collect your Sick Note and from which surgery.

Your “Fitness to work” certificate can be post-dated no more than 3 months.
