TVS Care Record
The TVS Shared Care Record is a computer system for sharing health and care information with care professionals (for example, doctors and nurses) in the region. Information about health, for example medications, allergies, admissions and previous illnesses, can be viewed by all people involved in providing your care. This is known as a Shared Care Record.
The Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire and Berkshire West (BOB) Integrated Care System (ICS) works in partnership as part of the Thames Valley and Surrey Care Records (TVS). This means, by sharing information safely and securely, wherever you are seen within the TVS region the people involved in health and care will have access to the most up-to-date details to make the best choices.
