All eligible patients will be sent an invitation to book via Anima or speak to our reception team for more information.
Patients eligible for a Flu and Covid vaccine includes:
- Residents in a care home for older adults
- All adults aged 75 years and over
- Persons aged 6 months and over who are immunosuppressed
- Flu is offered to all 2-3 year olds

Flu and Covid FAQs
What if I just want a flu vaccination?
Come to one of our flu only clinics on a Saturday bookable via Anima or reception.
What if I don’t want both vaccines at the same time?
Come to our flu only clinic for your flu vaccination and have your Covid vaccination at a local pharmacy or book it via the National Booking System.
Will I be able to choose which Covid vaccine I receive?
At this time, individual choice of Covid vaccine is not available. Vaccinations will be administered based on the supplies provided to us by national health authorities.
Am I eligible for vaccines this year?
The criteria for both Covid and Flu are the same. Please see inclusion criteria above. We will contact all eligible patients.
Where will the clinics be?
Our flu only clinics will be running at Chalfont Surgery on Saturdays and our combined clinics will be running Monday-Friday at Brookside Surgery.
What about housebound patients?
We will be contacting housebound patients directly to book a time for their covid and flu vaccinations.
