Since starting as a single handed Practice in 1977 we have grown rapidly and are now a Primary Care Network with approximately 30,000 patients, across four sites. Delivering on, the challenges we face by providing a service that gives our patients the best care possible. In order to do this we have a growing multi-disciplinary health care team who offer a whole range of different appointments.
Our team of about 130 people includes doctors, practice nurses, physician associates, healthcare associates, pharmacy team, health and wellbeing advisors, primary care paramedic, physiotherapists, patient services, and support staff. Other professionals regularly visit the Practice.
The Practice is part of the Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire and Berkshire West Integrated Care Board (BOB ICS).
