Find out if you need vaccinations
Before you travel, it’s important to find out whether you will need vaccinations for the country you’re visiting. For patients registered with Online Access you can access your immunisation records there, or request a print out of your record at the surgery. The following websites will help you understand what you need:
To register for Online Access please complete the online form. You will need to provide us with proof of ID, but once set up, you will be able to access you medical records, book and cancel doctor’s appointments and see your immunisation history.
Travel immunisations
We offer a full travel advice and immunisation service. If you are travelling abroad please check what immunisations you need before making an appointment with a practice nurse (we recommend 6-8 weeks before travel).
