Patient alert

Due to ongoing power issues, Southern Electric have started works to fix the mains cabling in Brookside carpark. This is taking longer than they planned leading to major carpark disruption and very limited access at Brookside Surgery.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused and please do walk, if you are able, to the surgery if you need to attend. We hope this is rectified by the end of this week. Thank you for your patience.

Health and wellbeing advisors

We understand that not everything can be fixed by medicine and many other factors influence a person’s sense of wellbeing, so it’s key that patients find the appropriate support to help them regain control and take responsibility for their own health and wellbeing. Our Advisors work with our patients who need some coaching and support in a whole range of areas such as diet and exercise, emotional health, loneliness, financial issues and social anxiety. They are trained to help patients find the best solutions to make positive changes in their lives using manageable and realistic steps and goal setting.
